    August MM is going good. The “struggle is real” but living a meaningful, healthy and happy life is hard. I have been focusing on a whole foods plant based diet for me and my family with minimal refined foods and sugary snacks and chocolate. (Its hard coming from a sugar addict but we are aggressive august after all!) I work out a lot and was wondering how u keep hair looking great and unwashed if u get sweaty? Are u able to share more on your work out routine? Is it HITT, do u have music and do you train for a set period (e.g. an hour) or a set number of exercises or body work? Also, what is your thoughts on yoga?
