What I’m Reading (and Not Reading) In 2026

As we move deeper into the year, I want to share something that may seem simple at first but carries a lot of intention behind it: What I’m Reading (and Not Reading) in 2026. This year isn’t about adding more books, plans, or noise. Instead, it’s about alignment. After years of learning, studying, and consuming, I felt led to pause—not to step away from faith, but to live it out more fully. Less intake. More obedience. More action on what I already know.
In 2026, my daily rhythm stays rooted in the Word. I continue reading my devotionals, revisiting notes from past studies, spending time in Scripture, and memorizing verses. What’s different is what I’ve chosen to remove. I’m no longer chasing extra reading plans, podcasts, or additional spiritual content—not because those things aren’t helpful, but because discernment matters. Sometimes growth doesn’t come from learning more; it comes from putting into practice what you’ve already been taught.
Because of this shift, I’ve had to be honest with myself and spend time in prayer. Through that process, I felt clearly guided to stop chasing more knowledge and start living out what I already know. After all, faith without action doesn’t lead to real change. So instead of filling every moment with more information, I’m choosing to make space to live out the truth I’ve already been given—day by day, imperfectly, and with intention.
