    Oh my goodness I needed this wake up call! I was SHOCKED at how honest you were and how you called out my thinking patterns. I have a question though… I have 80lbs to lose to no longer be obese or overweight. I let myself go. I won’t bore you with the sob story or stress in my life because the truth is I need to be healthy for my special needs child and I’m using the stress to “treat myself” constantly. How do you deal with hunger? I was told I should never feel hungry but surely when you are used to eating massive amounts and go down to 2000 calories you get hungry and crave the sugary treats you allowed daily. I’m starting to think to lose weight you have to be uncomfortable or slightly hungry. How do people deal witht his? Thanks
