    I know you disable comments on your video Tracy, with good reason, but I wanted to let you know how intrigued I’m becoming with this whole fasting practice. I have done a “version” of intermittent fasting for a few years, by not eating breakfast, (which was new for me) and it seemed to keep my total calories at bay. Then, everywhere you look, you’re told to EAT BREAKFAST, so I started it up again, and gained weight! I’m looking forward to more on the subject, and looking at more information provided by Dr. Fung.

    I also want to thank you for all the health-related postings. I love following beautiful ladies advice, but I find healthy living to be the ultimate beauty secret, especially as we age. We have a lot of similar practices., and I love learning every day, so keep up the great work! (I have a lot of your blog posts to catch up on!)
