I absolutely love all white! Lucky for me, it is a HOT trend on the Fashion Scene, right now! From dresses, to hand bags, to jewelry … white is everywhere! And I for one, definitely plan on wearing a lot of it! There is so much you can do with it. I think wearing white from top-to-bottom, and even accessorizing with a white bag, and shoes .. is very chic. I also love all white with gold jewelry, nude shoes, and a white or nude bag. But you are not limited to those two options when wearing all white. Adding in a pop of color, as I did in these two outfits, gives a unique element to the ‘all white’ theme. The key is to try to stick to one (two if you’re careful), pieces when it comes to adding the pop of color to your look.

You can see that in one of the outfits, I chose to use a handbag as my only pop of color. I like to use my bag as the pop of color when I’m going to be carrying a bag for the majority of the day. It’s the key element of the outfit, and it should be seen. I would do this on a day of shopping, or when attending an event, where I would have a bag on me for the duration of whatever I am attending. Another great time to put emphasis on your colorful bag, is when going to dinner. It gives visual appeal to your look upon entering, and leaving your dinner engagement. For some ladies, none of these things matter, and there certainly is nothing wrong with that. But for those of us that are into fashion, and having fun with accessorizing; we have a great appreciation for these little tips.

In the second outfit, showcasing not only the ‘new-hairdo’, I have a lovely colorful, printed silk scarf as my ‘pop of color’. After accessing my outfit in my full-length mirror, I tried it with holding a white bag, and a bag that would be a pop-of-color. I decided to go with the colorful bag, and was really happy with how it tied the look together. This is where, as I mentioned, you have to be somewhat careful. In this case, it worked. You just have to play with your pieces. Go with your gut instinct. I love this scarf and mentioned how it comes in two colors .. to which I picked up both. I showed the other one on snapchat a couple days ago …. love them both!

As for the new haircut and color. So far, so good. I am still having to adjust to the color change. When we drastically alter from our natural color, it effects our coloring, as a whole. It takes a little time to adjust to that change, and you have to play with your make-up more strategically. I have mentioned before, I don’t recommend veering too far from your natural color. But hey, I love trying new things, and I can always go back to my more natural color in the fall. As for now, I’m going to play. As for the cut … fun and flirty. I am liking it! And it sounds like a lot of you do, as well. Thanks for all the lovely feedback on my new-do. Many of you commented on how much younger I look. Who won’t take that???
