The wind was blowing my ‘Flirty Floral’ ties around and unfortunately, the cameraman (a.k.a. Hubby), was oblivious to it. He’s all about getting that blurred background. Once the weather gets nice and we can spend more time outdoors getting the hang of this new camera and lens, we will do a blog post on them. I know some of you have been anxiously waiting. What I can say is we LOVE the set-up. We are so happy we chose to go with a fixed-lens to get the background effect we were looking for. There is so much more that you can do, but we just haven’t had the time and weather conditions to play a little. Definitely be watching for a blog post in the next few months!

The ‘think SPRING’ plaque was from the dollar section at Target ($3), the easter egg appetizer plate, which was one of four or five different color & designs’ was from Target ($3.99), as well as the little Peony Flower arrangement ($4.99). I could not link these items, because they are sold in-store, only. Are you thinkin’ what I’m thinkin’? Spring on over to Target!!!

I am absolutely loving the floral trend for spring. As I’ve been peeking around websites of stores that I love, I am spotting floral print on anything from airy shorts to flowy dresses –  feminine & flirty! This floral top actually comes in white, too. These jeans are probably one of the most expensive pair I have ever purchased, but they were worth the money .. still under $100. By far, these jeans are the most comfortable I have … even more than my all-time favs – H&M. I am really getting into the spring spirit. I definitely can feel it in the air. Before you know it, spring break will be here. We are not going anywhere, and usually don’t. But I love hearing what everyone else is doing. What are your plans for spring break?
