How do you manage to not gain weight during a road trip? My 16yr old son and I will be driving a total of 6 days this summer. We avoid fast food and soda but it is so tempting to grab snacks at gas stations loaded with sugar or salt and carbs. We do pack veggies and water but we also don’t want to load up on fiber while driving lol.

It’s tough Shannon. I know. I avoid convenience stores and fast foods at all cost. I have not had fast food in about 10 years. You can run into a grocery store or eat out once a day … as mentioned in the video. Hopefully you have periods of time, where you are at a location. I cannot imagine 6 days of travel. Good Luck! Above all, have fun!!!

    Hi Tracy,
I love watching your videos! You are an inspiration to me! BuT.,, I am so overwhelmed right now. I have gained so much weight that I was 205 two weeks ago, and I’m currently down two pounds from following Weight Watchers and it is a slow process. You are so tiny and beautiful and some of the things your mention working out , fasting, only drinking water are goals for me, but I just feel so overwhelmed right now. Any tips for those of us going down this path where we have a lot to lose? I want to continue following you because I enjoy your videos, but sometimes I can’t relate.

Hi Dorian! Thank you! I am happy to hear that you are enjoying my videos. We all struggle. We all have choices to contend with through that struggle. Nobody gets a free ticket. If you are looking for relatable, yet inspiring people …. you found her. Just because someone may make different choices does not make them better. We all feel overwhelmed. It’s what you do during your overwhelmed moments. I hope you find this helpful.

You are so nice Tracy! And people like you, that inspire others, is what the internet should be full of, and not of people that enjoy making others feel bad about themselves.
