I ordered the black backpack. It arrived today. One thing that you did not mention is the horrible smell that comes from the backpack. I’m sure you can’t very well promote the company if you say something negative about it. However, I trusted you, so I bought it and am now stuck with a bag that I may not be able to use because of its smell. I’m a little disappointed.
atSheryl, I am happy to hear that you received your Backpack .. as it sounds like a few have not received theirs yet. I have my business manager working on it. I am sorry that your bag came with a bad odor. I am a little confused, however. It sounds as if you seem to think that I withheld some information. The bags, backpacks and all other items that I have from the company did not have an odor, at all. I have also give away 2 handbags from this company, and never detected an odor. I would never tell my viewers inaccurate information. To tell my viewers a bag had an odor, when it did not … would not be the truth. I hope you can understand that I don’t rum my business on misinformation. Yes, I can see that you would be disappointed. I don’t why you are stuck with a bag that does not serve you. I may need more information on that. Feel free to email me, so that I can forward it on to the company. Also, what did the company say when you reached out to them? All of this information would be helpful. In the meantime, I would hesitate to challenge my trust. The odor of your bag, has nothing to do with me. It has everything to do with the company it came from. You should never blame a waitress when your food comes out undercooked. I hope this makes sense. Again, send me your updates through email, and I will pass them on.
