    Hi Tracy, I’m sure with all your research, my comment may be nothing new to you, but have you tried coconut water for your electrolytes? There are definitely good and bad ones, but it is considered a very high form of hydration with natural electrolytes and as a nature girl, I’ve been trying some out. 🙂

      Hi Adele. I don’t like coconut. Therefore I don’t drink it. But, also … coconut water has calories in it. Therefore, I would be breaking my fast. But for those that like it, what a great little bonus drink to have on your Intermittent Fasting days, or other clean eating days.
